"Because I love you." Brice pecked Shannon once more before disappearing into the other room to get Shannon's medication.
Aaron was quiet, he too felt horrible now. Brice was so concerned with Shannon, he had no clue that a moment before he and Aaron had been kissing.

Shannon hung his head when Brice was gone.
"Thank you for coming over Aaron." He sighed, pecking the man's cheek. "You can come over any time." He nodded lightly. He was truly nervous to tell Brice.

"That mu que to leave?" Aaron stood, stepping over to peck Shannon's temple. "Ill see you." And with that he was gone.

Shannon watched him go with a light frown as he laid down on the couch, stretching out and purring like a cat as he waited for Brice to return.

Brice didn't take long at all. He soon had Shannon's medication and a bottle of water for the boy to wash it down with. He offered the pills to the sickly boy, his frown deep.
"I wish you were better..."

"Thank you sweetheart." Shannon smiled as he swallowed the pills. "I hope I get better too. Just so you don't have to take care of me all the time." He sighed, stroking Brice's hair.

"I really don't mind!" Brice sat down, he never wanted his lover to feel like a bother to him. "I like taking care of my baby."

"You're perfect." Shannon kissed the boy's cheek softly. "I don't deserve you." He murmured softly.

"Not you don't, but you got lucky." Brice laughed softly at his own little joke, tugging Shannon closer.

Shannon smiled sweetly.
"I love you, you know... even if I make mistakes..." He murmured softly.

"You don't make mistakes remember, your fabulous." Brice made sure to pronounce his last word as femininely as he could.

Shannon giggled softly, shaking his head before he got serious once more.
"But I did make a mistake... promise you won't hate me if I tell you what it is?"

"Shannon I could never hate you." Brice shook his head at the rediculous thought. "I love you Shay."

"I love you too. So much Brice. You're the best boyfriend I've ever had." Shannon sighed, leaning into his lover. "Which is why I'm really sorry but..." He chewed his lower lip nervously. "While you were gone I kissed Aaron... It was just a little peck and it didn't last long but it was still unfaithful to you and I'm sorry..." He sighed.

Brice's eyes cut to his lover, his face immediately falling. He had come in and not thought anything of it. Shannon had a friend over, he trusted Shannon.
And Shannon had been kissing that friend of his.
And it made Brice's stomach churn violently.
"O-Okay. Its okay." He took a deep breath, trying to keep down the contents of his stomach. He felt so ill, physically ill. Shannon was sick, he wouldn't make a big deal of it. It was only a kiss right? A kiss that had just hurt his heart.
"Y-You need anything? I-I'll go get you some juice. Ill be right b-back." Brice quickly made his way from the couch, he wanted to be alone.
No.
He wanted his daddy.
But he didn't know if Killian would be around and what if his daddy was too busy with Killian? That would just make everything worse.
Maybe he could go to his mother?
Or even Trever.
But no, no. His mother would try to give him a bear and Trever would rub it in. He had no one he could go too. He would just have to deal with this on his own.

"B-Brice." Shannon called softly after him. "I'm so sorry. It won't happen again, I swear. It was a mistake..." He sighed softly, looking down at himself.

"Its fine Shay!" Brice called from the kitchen, he had actually gone to get Shannon a glass if apple juice. "Dont worry about it!"

"It's not fine though. You're upset and you have every right to be, I just want to fix it..." Shannon frowned lightly.

"There is nothing to fix." Brice swallowed hard, pushing all of the tormenting thoughts away in favor of presenting Shannon with his apple juice.

"Of course there is Brice. You're hurt... and you're probably not going to trust me again, at least for a while. And if you need to do something to get back at me, go head and do it. I deserve it." He nodded firmly. He was rambling but he tended to do that when he was nervous. And he really felt horrible for this..

Brice sighed softly, moving to sit beside his lover. "I dont need to get back at you Shannon. I love you. I am hurt but I mean....Its life. You dont get to choose if you get hurt or not."

"You shouldn't have to get hurt though. You're so good to me." Shannon frowned deeply. "But I'm serious. If you need to go make out with someone go ahead. I deserve it." He nodded lightly, looking down at his feet.

"Thats just it Shannon, I dont want to make out with anyone but you." Brice sighed rather dejectedly. He wondered who else had kissed his lover behind his back.

"You're so perfect." Shannon stared at Brice with eyes full of regret. He hugged his lover around the neck, pressing him close.

Brice allowed his arms to wind around Shannon's waist, pressing him close. He always felt better having Shannon safe in his arms.
