A Second Round In Hell

"It's not easy." Kyndal snickered. "You know how his temper is. I guess he got that from his father?" His gaze flickered over to Dorian before returning to Ballet, smiling sweetly.

"Oh honeh noh, heh gets es fromeh meh. Trever es tha one with es fathers mean streakeh." The women smiled over to her oldest son, who simply shrugged. "Rhett es mostleh barkeh love."

"Oh trust me, Rhett definitely has a lot of bite too." Kyndal giggled lightly, glancing at his lover. "And Trever? Mean? He's a big softie nowadays!" He teased his brother in law, gesturing to Toni, clinging to the man's waist. "See?"

Ballet stared at Trever a moment, taking in the boy on his legs also. After finally considering what Kyndal had said, she propped a hand on her hip and fixed her son with a rather curious gaze. "Well love, what 'appened ta yar Barreh?"

Toni nervously stepped forward, extending a hand with a soft smile.
"He and Barry have been broken up for a while. I'm Toni." His words trembled with his apprehension. "I'm Trever's lover now... we have two kids too." He nodded shyly.

Ballet watched him closely, extending a hand down to take his. "Well et es nice ta meet ya love." The women nodded, though rather surprised to hear about his sons break up. He and Barry had always been together.

"It's nice to meet you too, ma'am." He nodded lightly, already paranoid that she did not seem as fond of him as she was of Kyndal.

Ballet absolutely adored Kyndal. She was immediately pulled back over into chirping at the boy about babies and what not, all the while leading them into the home. It was nice inside, she kept it clean now that the kids were out of the home. She had pictures everywhere. Most of Rhett, but also a lot of Trever and her husband, their family. She even had a few of Misery. One particular on the mantle which portrayed Misery uncomfortably sitting on Dorrian's lap, Rhett standing in the back ground.

Cove moved around, examining the pictures on the mantle, pausing when he got to the ones of Misery. He frowned lightly, not liking the uncomfortable look on his former lover's face.
He glanced back at Dorrian, his brow furrowed. He already didn't like this man...
Kyndal was ecstatic as he looked at pictures of his lover when he was younger around the home.
"He was just as chubby as Cove was!" Kyndal giggled happily as his eyes moved over pictures.

Ballet smiled brightly, pointing over to the mantle where several pictures of Rhett were perched. In all of them he was in some sort of sports uniform, they went from when he was young and followed until he had grown unto a teenager. He had played football, baseball, basketball, everything he could. "Heh was mah stareh." The women grinned back at her son, moving to press a kiss into Rhett's temple. Dorrian scoffed from the side of the room where he was sitting in a recliner, throwing back beers.

Kyndal grinned at the pictures, examining them closely.
"Well, I have Cove's baby pictures here if you want to see them." Kyndal chirped, extending the photo album.
"Mom, ah'll kill ya." Cove groaned as he held Leon to his chest.

Ballet's eyes flickered over to Trever at the mention of someone killing their mothers. She loved her eldest but he scared the hell out of her. "Oh pleaseh Coveh! Ah want ta see mah grandbabeh!"

"Onleh far you, ah suppose." Cove grinned at the woman, carrying Leon over to sit beside Kyndal on the couch as he opened the photo album, giggling at the first page. The first was a picture of Rhett holding Cove the day he'd been born, grinning brightly as Kyndal lay on Trever's table beside him, beaming though his skin was drenched with sweat, hair matted to his forehead.

Ballet cooed softly, reaching out to run her hands over Rhett's face in the picture. "Oh lookeh at themeh!"
Leon looked the picture over, his hands trembling as he did so. He was so deeply in love with Cove, seeing him as a baby made the boys heart swell.
"Pretty...". He whispered, his eyes trying to memorize every detail of the photo.

Cove smiled softly, choosing to admire Leon's beauty as everyone else looked at the pictures.
Kyndal flipped the page. This one had several pictures on. One of Cove at maybe a year old, on Rhett's lap, attempting to lick his father's face. Another was Cove sitting on Rhett's shoulders, his mouth open in a huge grin as he clung onto his father's face to hold himself up.

Leon had sat himself on Cove's lap, leaning over one of Kyndal's shoulders to get a good look at all of the pictures. Ballet moved to smile at Cove, glancing too her youngest son. "Heh es ah good daddeh, es heh?"

"Heh's ah wonderful daddeh." Cove smiled softly, glancing to his father. "Heh's amazing." He nodded.
The pictures went on, Cove progressively getting older. He was chubby until maybe six years old, when he started thinning out and as he got older, the fat turned into muscle like it was now. The pictures turned into pictures of Cove with his friends. There were several pages full of pictures of Cove and Misery, cuddling on the couch, goofing around, curled on Rhett's lap together, even one of them in Cove's bed together. Kyndal had taken that one after the two had made love, finding it adorable. He'd made sure the covers were thrown over them but it was clear what they'd been doing by the sweat on their faces and how Cove had Misery pressed tight to his chest.

Ballet's lips fell into a frown at the pictures of Cove and Misery. Her eyes flashed up to flicker over her husband, obvious disdain written on her face as she watched him. It didn't last long though, as soon as Dorrian noticed her looking she immediately looked back to the pictures, deciding to instead comment on how adorable Cove and Misery looked together. "Soh, Was thah an old boyfriend, love?"

"Sort of." Cove nodded his head. "Mah first boyfriend." He smiled softly at the pictures, actually not minding these ones. Though he did notice her looking at her husband. His eyes once more went to Dorrian and the pictures on the mantle, not liking this one bit.
But he tried to push the feelings off, Misery wasn't his anymore anyways.
The next several pages were pictures of Cove with Briley. It was clear that Cove was more of the submissive one in this relationship by the way Briley was always touching him in some way. One picture was of Briley hugging the boy around the waist, kissing his neck. Another was the two wrestling around on the ground. The next few were when Cove was heavily pregnant, Briley on his knees with his lips pressed to the man's stomach. There were several more with Cove's huge stomach before there was one of him giving birth. Trever was standing in front of the boy as Cove lay on his table. His face a bright red and his hair matted down with sweat as he was glaring at Briley, cussing the boy out.

"Oh my! Ya ave' babies!" Ballet had not been informed that she had great, great grand children. "An who es tha cute boy yar with?" Briley was obvious who she was asking about, the man was handsome. In every picture he was good looking from some way or aspect. "Heh es tha daddeh?"

"He is tha daddeh. That's mah best friend since ah was littleh." Cove nodded. "We're still closeh but ah don't see tha kids too often. They're twins." He smiled lightly, turning the page which was full of baby pictures of Dacey and Shion.

Ballet let out a high pitched squeal, gently running her fingers over the two babies in the pictures. "They are soh adorableh!"
Leon smiled softly at the two babies, even though they made his heart ache sometimes he loved them both dearly.

"Aren't they?" Cove grinned proudly. "Brileh, tha daddeh is ah great father to em too. Hem and hes new boyfriend take care of em most of tha time." He nodded as Kyndal turned the page. Now came Leon. The pictures were all sweet, of Cove holding Leon, hugging Leon, kissing Leon, taking pictures with Leon. They were truly adorable together.

Ballet tenderly reached out to stroke Leon's hair, simply watching the boy with a smile. "Soh this es yar fiancee', ya said?" They looked as though they were meant to be together. "Ah think ya made ah good choiceh."

"It is. He's mah Leon." Cove kissed the boy softly. "Ah can't wait until ah can call hem Leon Braxton."
