Rebounding Lovers & One Night Stands.

"Oh well, that must be why you smell like sex and beer." Misery glanced to Killian also, his heart dropping. So much for being Cove's one and only.

"That would beh correct." Cove nodded, a smirk on his face as he tugged Killian tighter to him. He didn't even want to see Misery right now...

Misery nodded his head, looking down at his hands. That stung pretty badly.
"So...Im hungry, you should feed me since you left me to fend for myself last night, arsehole." So yeah, Cove was upsetting him. He had missed the boy bad last night, and worried just as Rhett had. And now Cove comes back with some stranger and is all hugged up on him? Misery had been thinking that maybe Cove was going to ask him on a date soon...

"There's food en tha kitchen." Cove muttered lightly, leaning in to nuzzle Killian's neck. Okay, he wasn't the type to cuddle like that, not at all. But he was hoping Misery would take the hint.
He was hurt. He didn't want to see the boy at all right now...

Misery blinked at him, then to Killian.
"Well...F*ck you too." Misery growled softly as he moved to get up, shaking his head. "Your such a brat." Misery had taken the hint indeed. He knew Cove did not do all of that cuddly crap.

"Well at least ah'm not ah slut." Cove responded, his eyes narrowed though they didn't show anger. He was just hurt.

"Not? You just came home from a night of drinking and sleeping around, maybe not a slut but a skank." Misery stared back at Cove, his words sharp though not truly intending to cut. "You didn't even tell me you were leaving." He had waited up with Rhett to the early hours of the morning.

"Maybe et's cause ya were too busy weth someone's dick up yar ass." Cove snarled. "Ah didn't think ya'd want meh ta interrupt." He shook his head.

Misery blinked at him, tilted his head to the side in confusion before realization finally dawned on him.
"You... saw?" He had been under the impression that Cove knew what he did for a living, maybe they had not talked about it but he figured it was common knowledge. "Cove, you know thats what your father keeps me around for..."

"Yeah ah fuckin' saw. And noh. Ah didn't know that. But ah sure as hell doh now." Cove looked away once more, rolling to his side so he didn't have to look at the other boy.

"Cove..." Misery reached out to gently touch the boys shoulder. "Its not like that...I mean...Its business." The boy saw it as nothing but business. "Im your dads pet, he makes money offa me. I gotta do it."

"Yeah, ah get et Misereh." Cove grit his teeth. "Ah don't careh. Just goh make yarself somethin' ta eat."

"But I want you to do it." When Covve did it, it was special. He reached down to take Cove's hand, holding it tightly. "You know I love you."

"Misereh, not right now." Cove shook his head, tugging his hand away. He didn't want to do this now. Not with Killian here. He couldn't break down like he felt like doing. It hurt worse than anything he'd ever felt, thinking of Misery with someone else. He didn't want to deal with it now.

Killian reached over, his strong arms wrapping tight around Cove as if to comfort him and protect from pain he may be feeling.
"Ya alright love?"
Misery was about to flip his lid.

"Ah'm fine." Cove spoke through gritted teeth. "Are ya up far another round like last night?" He gave the man a sad smirk. The sex, like the alcohol, had made the pain ebb away. He needed it.

Misery looked dead at Cove, his eyes narrowing.
"You got him, dont worry about me anymore.". He felt as if Cove had just slapped him In the face.

"That's what ah planned on doing." Cove gave Misery one last look before leaning in to kiss Killian roughly.

Misery bolted from the room, and out of the home, no intentions of ever making it back home.
Killian pressed Cove to his chest as they kissed, loved the way the boy felt against him.

Cove pulled back after a moment, resting his forehead against Killian's.
"Thank ya." He nodded, though a part of him still wanted to go after Misery.

"Course mah lady.". Killian gave his dazzling smile though he could feel that Cove was torn. "Ya alrigh'?"

"Ah'm just fineh." Cove sighed, laying back and staring at the ceiling. He just wanted Misery to be his... only his...

"Ua don' seem fineh love.". Killuan pressed on, feeling as though he should help Cove. He had grown fond of the boy even in the short time of knowing him.

"Well ah am." Cove muttered stubbornly, leaning into Killian nevertheless. He too had grown comfortable with the other man...

Killian rolled his eyes at the boy, pressing a kiss to his temple.
"Whatever ya say love."
