Kiss It better

Blaine giggled softly, holding Barry's hand tightly as they walked, he had the hand of his four year old child also, skipping along happily with his family.
The boy was fourteen, he was happy and growing. He had a fresh batch of bruises covering his skin, marring him from the most recent get together Barry had thrown but he was happy and his spirits were high. He had just gone to see his daddy, he was proud. He missed his father so much but he enjoyed living with Barry...
It was good to just be with the man he loved so much.

Barry was in an alright mood himself, a small smile on his lips as he walked with the boy. Then, out of nowhere he fle tsomething hit him from behind. It was supposed to knock him over but didn't do so. Just made him stumble a bit. He growled and turned to see a gun being pointed at him.

Blaine blinked lightly, glancing back to see the man, his blood running cold.
He nudged his baby boy over behind a large tree, telling him to run home to his grand parents home before glancing at Barry

It took Barry a minute to realize who it was. An old slave of his who had escape before he'd even gotten Blaine. He'd gotten too strong and now Barry guessed he wanted revenge. He nudged Blaine.
"GO!" He pushed the boy hard, his eyes clenching shut as he heard the gun fire.

But the pain never came, instead there was a horrified gasp, as quick movement and soon a tiny body falling against Barry's chest, warm liquid leaking out and all over the man.

Barry gasped, opening his eyes to see his lover, blood pouring from his chest.
His eyes were wide as he quickly looked the boy over.

Blaine whimpered softly, wheezing for breath, wanting air to fill his lungs instead of the warm blood filling them now.

Barry gasped, thumping the boy on the back, trying to get him to cough up the blood.

Blaine could feel tears gathering in his eyes, he slumped against his lover, whining pitifully.
It hurt so bad...
He didn't know what to do.
"M-Mister meanie pants, ki-kiss it better?"

Barry could feel tears threatening to over flow his own eyes as he realized how bad Blaine's wound was.
"Fuck..." He kissed the boy deeply a hand on the back of his head.

Blaine sniffled into the kiss, it was so ironic...
A kiss of death.
The taste of Blaine, it was there but now there was the metallic taste of blood, and salty tears as the boy twitched.
Blaine didn't move much he just let Barry kiss him, thinking of what to do.
"K-Kiss it all be-better...I-Im not ready to g-go mister me-meanie pants..." Blaine coughed, his tiny body convulsing.
This was it...
He could feel it.

Barry drug a hand down his face then running it through his hair.
"I.." He ha dno clue what to do...

Blaine curled into his chest, slowly bleeding out.
"I-I love you..."

"I love you too..." Barry nodded worry clear in his eyes.

Blaine whined softly, his hand at the hole in his cheat, gushing blood.
"K-Kiss i-it Better..."

Barry wiped some blood off before pressing his lips around the hole, his eyes clenchedshut.

Blaine let out a pained gasp, resting his hand in Barry's hair
"I-Its not y-your Fault Mi-Mister meanie P-Pants..."

"... Why didn't you run Blaine...?" He whispered.

"B-Because I l-love you and I-I didnt want y-you to get hurt..." The boy sniffled softly, his eyes dulling as he watched Barry.

"I'm bigger... I could have taken a shot..." He sighed heavily at the boy.

Blaine nodded.
"Y-Yeah but I-I love you...th-thats what lovers do, the-they protect the peo-people they love..." He trailed off, coughing up more and more blood.

"No Blaine... I'm supposed to protect you... I'm the bigger one.." He frowned at the dying boy..

"B-But im th-the one wh-who loves you mo-more..." He giggled softly, letting his eyes slip shut

"No... you're not." Barry gently laid the boy aside, by a tree.

"I am....I do...Love you.." And that was all he got out before he took his last breath, the life slipping away from him.
