Reverse This Curse.

Sage was standing in a dark alleyway, his eyes downcast as he listened to the men arguing. Arguing over who would be taking him home.
Quite honestly, he didn't give a shit. He just needed the money. He was going to keep quiet and let them keep raising their bids. His very first time, he'd only gotten fifty bucks. Fifty dollars for his virginity. But he knew better now. If he played it right, he could get over a hundred now...
He was literally shaking, not even realizing it. His stomach churned as he felt the cold sweats breaking out all over his skin. He was eager to move this along. The withdrawal was killing him. It hadn't even been 48 hours.
He was trying to estimate how long it would take in his mind. If they hurried up and chose who was going to have him he should be home in ten minutes, maybe thirty for the fuck, then another twenty til he got the drugs... So he should be good in another hour. That thought comforted him and he glanced up at the two men.
They were over a hundred now, arguing back and forth. Sage smiled softly. If they kept going, he could be set for a while...

Lane had been passing the alley, just on his way home from the grocery store. He had picked up a few things to last him for a week food wise. He glanced into the alley way just to see two men arguing, loudly. And, there was a smaller boy with them.
Lane, being the heroic man he was, decide he should step in, just incase these men where opting to hurt this boy. He couldnt stand for a small boy to be abused.
"Hey!" Lane drew out, dropping his groceries beside the opening to the alley. "Whats going on here?" He stepped closer to the three, his eyes taking them all in.
This didnt look good, whatever it was.

Sage cursed under his breath, mentally adding another ten or twenty minutes to the hour he'd accounted for.
He stepped over to Lane, his features becoming clearer as he moved closer. His eyes were bloodshot, sunken in. His whole face looked rather sickly, in fact.
"It's none of your business..." He heard the men in the background, the price still growing. They were nearly at two hundred now, no way in hell this guy was going to get him out of two hundred dollars.

Lane looked the boy over with obvious disdain, a deep disapproving frown taking over his handsome features.
"You gotta name kid?"
He then glanced to the other man, his brows furrowing.

"Sage Moore." Yeah he knew all that shit about not giving your information to strangers but really, he didn't care. "Unless you have two hundred bucks to give me, just go. Please." He sighed heavily, studying Lane's face.

"Your momma know your out here? Cracked out?"
Yes, Lane knew exactly what he was doing, he looked just like a down and dirty crack fend. He seen them a lot in his military days.

"My mom doesn't give a fuck where I am or what I'm doing so I'm not sure why you do." Sage grumbled.
It was that obvious...? He didn't know that he looked so bad nowadays...

"I care, because a boy like you could be so much more than this. Your selling yourself short," after realizing what the nen were arguing over, he added " two hundred dollars is not doing you justice."

Two hundred dollars was nearly the highest he'd ever been paid...
"You just don't understand." He shook his head. "Just walk away. You don't have to get involved in this..."

"Dont have to but am, now come on home with me. I got food, and I got money if your that hard up, but this is not going to happen. Come on, or ill call the cops on you and your friends over there and they can help you professionally." Lane smiled lightly at the boy, knowing he was very disliked right now.

"Damnit, fine." Sage glanced back at the men. "But let's go quick." They'd be pissed now. He briskly walked ahead of Lane, cursing in his head.

Lane chuckled at the boy, for a druggie he was much less violent than the man had anticipated.
Thank lord.
"So kid, hungry?" Lane spoke lightly in his rasping voice, he had food he could make for the boy. He looked just about famished.

"Not at all." Sage murmured lightly. And he wasn't. His body was killing for food but the thought of eating made him sick to his stomach. He was already dry heaving constantly. The withdrawal was terrible. And it got worse each time he went more than a day without cocaine. "Look, just drive me home or something. I get it. You're a hero, blah blah blah... I don't need any help."

"Correction, you do not WANT any help. You actually need more help than I can give, but imma try my best to atleast leave a little impression on you, so that you will know your worth more than two hundred dollars." The man shook his head, it was a sad thing.

"Your pity is fucking irritating." Sage muttered. "I don't need it. What I needed was that two hundred dollars. So thanks for that."

"Welcome you ungrateful brat." Lane spoke roughly to the boy. "And just so you know, I dont pity people, its below me. If I ever feel bad for someone, I fix it. I did not feel bad for you, or sorry. I felt like you were stupid and you needed a lesson. Come on kid, if you were gonna do this, you could do it better than you do."
He was now just talking crap but only he knew that.

"Please, oh wise one, tell me, how exactly could I do it better?" He said sarcastically as he wrapped his arms around himself to keep from shaking like he was about to.

Lane slipped his own arm around the smaller males shoulders.
"For one, you could fine a better way to make money, and honestly, stop being a crack head."

"It's the quickest way even if it's not the most pleasant. And honestly, it's not that fucking easy. If it was, you really think I wouldn't have stopped by now?" Sage had shuddered at first as he felt Lane's arm around his shoulders, but now he'd relaxed and Lane could easily feel his entire body trembling.

"Maybe not easy, but im sure its possible. Nothing in life is ever easy." Lane spoke as if this was obvious. "Toughen up, you gotta play hard ball to get rid of it, and be able to endure the withdraw, no matter how much it sucks."

"You really have no idea..." Sage shook his head. "It's not just something I can stop like that, or with a little hard work. I know it's possible but not right now. Believe me, I've tried."

"Well, im free for a bit so Im sure I could help you out." Lane smirked at the boy, he was not creepy, just wanted to help.

"And how exactly are you going to do that?" Sage rolled his eyes. This guy was annoying the hell out of him.

"Imma be a super hero of course!" Lane winked down at him, he did like to help whenever he could. "So c'mon, my mistress in distress!"

Sage sighed, not liking how he wanted to smile at that.
"Go right ahead superman. Good luck saving me." He smirked.
