The Vow

"Kay." She nodded, smiling.
Any of his brothers would be happy to accompany him, they may be of some help as well.

Aaron glanced around the room, considering his choices before calling out to the home.
"SAGE! SEAN!....Judy?"
Someone?

Sage came jogging down the stairs a moment later, hopping the railing.
"Sean's off with Dayton but I'm better than him anyways. Wassup?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Just wanted a little company to take to the store with me." Aaron smiled fondly at the boy. He did love Sage as a brother, just as he did all his brothers.

"Alright." Sage shrugged. He had nothing else to do plus he enjoyed hanging out with Aaron. "Let's go." He grabbed his jacket and nodded at Ivy before heading out the door.

Aaron followed soon after, but not before assuring Ivy he would return and asking if she needed anything special.

Ivy assured him she was fine and with a kiss on his cheek, resumed her seat on the couch.

"So, any reason you wanted me to come along?" Sage asked.

"Just so I wouldnt be alone." He was honest about it, he hated being all alone. He had been alone for most of his younger years.

"Oh, alright." Sage nodded, taking this answer. "I like company too." Kept him out of his own head. "So what are we shopping for?"

"Anything to please Ivy really. I want her to like me again. She was all over Dustin earlier." Aaron shrugged his shoulders lightly.

"Really? Funny, she always told me he annoyed her before." Sage chuckled lightly.

"Well..." She wasnt really the same person anymore, either.
Aaron simply focused on the road.
""So...Hows Vance?"

"He's great." Sage nodded. "We're doing really good." He wore a proud grin. "Been over a year."

Aaron nodded slowly, he was proud of that fact too. He had wanted Sage to get right for the longest time, and now it seemed he was on the correct path.

"How have you been since the accident?" Sage asked lightly. He wanted to make sure his brother was okay. He knew it must be terrible, since Ivy couldn't remember him.

"Ive been fine. Been working pretty steady." He spoke to his brother, he didnt want anyone worrying over him, all he wanted was for Ivoroy to be taken care of, eff how he felt.

"Ya sure? You know if you can talk to anyone, it's me, alright?" Sage nodded. "I'm sure she'll remember soon."

Aaron smiled lightly over at him, his eyes warm on his brother.
"Thanks Sage...But Im fine."

"Alright, bubba..." Sage nodded, wrapping an arm around Aaron as they walked. "Just gotta make sure." He winked.

Aaron nodded, letting his thoughts escape him as he shopped through the store, picking out anything he thought she may enjoy eating that night.
It was actually easy being he knew her so well.

Ivy was closer to Aaron than she'd ever been to anyone else. He knew more about her than anyone. It was strange how at the same time, she didn't remember him now...

Aaron finished his shopping and paid his bill. It was rather outrageous but Ivy was well worth it.
"Alright, this should be good.....Wanna go to a hotel room? I think imma rent one for her?"

"Sure man. I can pay for it too." Sage nodded. "I'm not totally broke anymore."
