"Yar welcome..." Cove nodded, pausing for a moment before speaking again. "Es something wrong?" He wasn't good at comforting but he was going to attempt it.
His mother always told him that even without speaking, he comforted him. So maybe that was something.

"N-No..." Leon shook his head, pressing his face into Cove's side. "J'st....N'ghtmare..." He didnt want to tell anyone what happens when he stays here...
He didnt want anyone to know.
And it was fine with Leon, he came to Cove because the boy did settle him...

"Nightmare about what? Maybeh ah can help ya not beh so scared..." Cove said, his voice soft as he rubbed Leon's back gently.

Leon couldn't say.
Wouldn't say.
"N'thing....". He pressed closer into Cove's side, gaining comfort just being near the boy.

"Well... ya can tell me ef ya need to..." Cove nodded, holding the boy close to him. It was comforting, just to be near Cove. Like most other larger men, he simply made you feel safer...

And it did help Leon. He felt safer, like Trever couldnt hurt him now.
No one could.
He did feel like Cove would save him, even though the knew the other boy probably didnt really care.

But Cove was growing a soft spot for the boy already... he wouldn't like Trever hurting the small boy.
Soon, Cove had fallen asleep finally. He would refuse to admit it but just the comfort of Leon in his arms had lulled him to sleep...

And it had done the same for Leon. The boy had soon drifted off the same as Cade, infact, he had been asleep when Trever crept in and stole him from the bed.

And Cove soon woke when he felt the warmth leave him. He normally would have just let it go, figuring Leon had gone back to bed. But the boy had been so scared...
So Cove slowly stood up, making his way out of the room in just his boxers. He peeked next door in Joss's room, noticing Leon was not there either.
Cove continued looking, wandering around the home.
"Leon?" He called lightly, his brows furrowed.

Leon was in the only room in the home that stayed locked unless Trever was not in there.
And he was tonight.
He was in there with Leon.
He had the boy strapped down, his table of tools beside. him, many of them already bloodied and stained with Leon's blood.
The boy was out of his mind with agony, though he was quiet. It wouldnt matter anyways though, the room was sound proof.e
At the moment, Trever had the boy naked, a sharp blade in his hand as he violated Leon with it, in and out of the boys virgin passage, scarring the beautiful pale skin.

Cove double checked every room in the house before swallowing and realizing there was nowhere else the boy could be. He didn't want to have this confrontation with his uncle but there was a fire rising in his stomach. Trever just had to fucking mess with everyone. It was the reason no one ever wanted Trever and Rhett's families really around and Cove couldn't stand it. Why couldn't his uncle be fucking normal?
He stood tall as he pounded on the door to Trever's special room.

Trever didnt take long to appear at the door, blood splattered clothing and drenched skin.
Leon's blood....
"What?" Trever raised a brow, knife in hand.
Leon could be seen in the back, his head tilted to the side as blood oozed from his mouth. The boy looked dead, his body limp and cold, the warmth leaving him with the rest of his blood.
Trever watched him a moment before shutting the door back, but not before he ordered the boy to go back to sleep.
He was busy.

"Don't ya fucking close tha door on me." Cove snapped, sticking his foot in the door. "Knock et the fuck off. Don't touch hem." His eyes were blazing with fury. He resembled his father a lot when angry, even the way his accent thickened.

And that was the reason Trever didnt argue. He always hated seeing his brother angry or upset.
Cove was no different.
"Afraid I have been touching him, but you can have whats left. If you just wanna rape him, im sure he wont argue." The man shrugged, moving to the back of the room, taking Leon's face in his hands and showing it to Cove.
Leon's eyes lids opened the slighted, his eyes rolling around in the back of his head.

Cove's jaw shook with his anger. He wasn't sure whether to cry or beat the hell out of his uncle. He felt like doing both. He wasn't even sure why, he barely knew the boy.
But there was something so innocent and pure about him... it disgusted him to see him like this...
He stepped in the room, swinging hard and connecting with his uncle's jaw.
"Why tha fuck would ya hurt hem!? Wha tha fuck did heh do?!" Cove snarled, his teeth bared. "How would ya feel ef someone did thes ta Joss!? Heh fucking has a family! People who care about hem! Ya can't just go fucking hurting whoever ya feel like! Et fucks people up, Trevar! Et's not fucking okay!" Cove ran his hands through his hair. He was pretty sure he'd never been so enraged...

Trever just smiled at him, not phased in the slightest but being hit, actually he quite enjoyed it..."He didnt do anything but live," The man shrugged, it was nothing to him, Leons life..."Cove, he is retarded, he isnt worth even bothering with..."
But Leon...
His head moved the tiniest bit, and his eyes finally set on Cove, switching between him and Trever.
"D-Dont hurt h-him...." Leon's voice splintered, his mouth shredded on the inside where Trever had sliced his mouth, his gums...
"D-Dont hu-hurt him...." The boy whispered once more.

"Shut yar fucking mouth, you don't know what yar fucking talking about." Cove growled. "Yar fucking insane! So what if heh's retarded! Tha' doesn't give ya the right to torture hem! Yar the reason everyone en the family thenks we're bad news! Yar the reason no one wants me around their kids! Yar the fucking reason ah only have two damn friends! Et's yar fucking fault cause ya can't keep yar fucking hands to yarself! And ah'm never gonna be able ta see hem again because of YOU!" With the last word Cove shoved Trever's chest, clenching his hands into fists so hard his knuckles were turning white. His eyes showed his obvious anger but also pain.
And now he wanted his fucking daddy. He wished he was a child again so he could simply go cry to his father. But he was a big boy now, he couldn't...

He didnt have to though, Rhett had woken up. The sound of his child's screaming assured he would be awake.
Rhett stood at the door, he watched his son yell at his brother and he watched as Trever simply laughed at his baby.
Rhett was not a soft person, not by any means, but his child meant the world to him.
Always would.
The large man stepped into the room, Rhett almost rivaled Quincy in size and strength. He moved, letting one of his arms pull Cove to his chest, the other one wrapping around to keep him there.
"Ets alrigh' yar gonna beh jus fine Coveh." Rhetts accent was thick as always, but even more so that the man was in pain. Seeing his son hurt always did that to him. "Ah'm here...." Rhett pressed the boy close, resting his lips in Cove's soft dirty blond hair. Rhett had heard his son, he had known for a long time though how Cove felt. Rhett may not seem like it but he was a devoted father...
Rhett moved one of his arms, his hand covering Cove's, his thumb stroking the boys knuckle's lightly.

"Et's not fine." Cove snapped, his eyes drawn to Leon's form. How dare Trever be fucking laughing at him. "Heh ruins everathing." Cove's entire body shook violently in his father's arms. He was trying oh so hard not to cry but it kept getting harder.

Rhett shook his head, picking Cove up in his arms and holding him like he had when the boy had been a small child.
"Et es Fineh." Rhett spoke, his voice deep and soothing, safe.
"Ah ahm gonna makeh thes' alrigh'." And he would, he had too. He would do anything for his child...
Even if it meant letting his brother go...He might have to. It was hurting his son.
"Coveh, stay hereh." He ordered, bending down on the hine of his legs to look at Trevers slumped over form.
"Ya known ah luv yah brutha...." He spoke, his hand coming up to stroke Trever's cheek. "Buh ah ave' ta let ya goeh...." The larger man hated it, Trever had been the only one there for him...His whole life until he had met Kyndal.
Trever had given up any hope he had of fixing himself just to fix Rhett, make sure Rehtt had everything he needed.
Trever just smiled at his brother, a tear welling up in his eye as he listened. Trever never cried...But he was losing his brother. He had known it was coming, it was his fault but it still hurt...
The large man brushed the hair from Trevers forehead, placing a kiss there before he turned and lifted his child once more, looking back from the room and to the rest of the house...
It was where he grew up...
It was home.
But never again.
"C'mom, whereh leavin'"

"Daddy..." He hadn't called his father daddy in many years. "Ya don't have ta do tha'... Ah jus' can't be around hem." Cove moved over by Leon's body, scooping him up into his arms. He didn't know how anyone could harm someone so sweet... He hated it.

Rhett followed, snapping the boys confines as if they were nothing. He rested an arm over Cove's shoulders, watching as Leon's eyes opened lightly at being lifted, simply following the lights in the room until he found Cove's face.
"P-Pretty...." The boy gasped out, blood trickling from the side of his mouth.

Cove nodded at the boy, the tiny bit of remorse he'd begun to feel for Trever vanishing just like that. But he did still feel bad for his daddy.
"Yeah Leon... ah'm here..."

Rhett watched the boy for a moment, his mind only worried for his child.
"Coveh, Heh needs ta beh treated. Wheh can take em to ah hospetal, or ah could do et..." He had bangaded Angel and Misery up plenty of times after Trever had finished with them. But Leon needed treatment, and he needed it quick.
The boy just smiled, like he had the first time Cove had talked to him as a nice person.
"C-Can I-I sleep Wi-With you?" The boy croaked out, his smile didnt waver, even as the pain radiated from him.
Trever left scars.
Not only of the body, but mental scars.
On the mind and heart.

"Can ya take us ta ah hospital...?" Cove asked, his eyes locked on Leon. "Of course ya can, love... as soon as weh get ya taken care of..."
