Ignorance is Bliss

Perry nodded, watching the boy.
"Your dad make you feel worse about it?"

"Uh, he doesn't really know. So hush." He smiled lightly at the last part. "I was scared of what he'd say so I didn't tell him." He nodded.

Perry nodded at the boy, his eye brow raised as he thought about that.
"Hmm, so your too afraid to tell him?"

"Yeah I guess. I just... love my dad and I don't want him to think less of me." Cyrus nodded, not really thinking as he opened up to Perry.

Perry nodded, glancing out the window and to the other house.
"I understand that kid."

"You have any family you talk to?" Cyrus asked. He didn't want to push his luck but he was curious.

"No." He didnt talk to his family, he didnt care too. He didnt like them and they did not like him.

"Did you have a fight with them or something or are you just not close with them?" He asked gently.

"A fight I guess." He didnt care and he didnt feel like talking about it with this kid

"Well if you want to tell me go 'head but if not, whatever." Cyrus nodded, sensing that the man didn't want to.

Perry nodded, running a hand over his head as he just sat there, his mind running off with him.
"Want a beer?"

"Yeah, sure." Cyrus nodded, ecstatic he seemed to be getting somewhere finally.

Perry stood, leaving only for a moment before he returned with a can of bud light beer, one for him and one for Cyrus.
"Have fun."

"Thanks." Cyrus took the can and opened it, taking a gulp. He wasn't big on drinking but it didn't bother him or anything. "So..." He thought over his next question. "My dad doesn't want me around you cause he thinks you're bad news. I have a question. The fuck did you do that everyone thinks you're going to rape or kill someone if they go near you?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Things that you would hate to know about kid." Perry smirked at him, he appreciated his reputation.

"You're probably right." Cyrus smirked anyways though, shaking his head. He really doubted he wanted to know, he was simply curious...

Perry had done awful things to so many people.
He would scare Cyrus off most likey.
Maybe that was best

But Cyrus wasn't easy to scare off, especially when he'd done eo much to get here.

Perry yawned lightly, glancing once more out the window, noticing for the first time how dark it had gotten.
"Shouldnt you go home squirt?"

Cyrus groaned at this.
"I don't want to. But I guess you're right." He was a bit afraid the man wouldn't let him back in in the morning and he was enjoying talking to him.

Perry nodded to the door, watching him.
"Lock the door on your way out brat."
He would let the boy back in

"See you tomorrow." Cyrus smiled as he hopped up, stealing yet another deep kiss before walking out the door. He would never learn.

Perry watched the boy go, making no move to say anything to him about the kiss.
The boy was pushing it.

And Cyrus could tell. But he was not about to stop.
He sort of enjoyed when Perry was angry, which was most of the time so that was a good thing.

Perry hated the boy with his irritating ways...Or at least he wanted too hate him.
How troublesome.
