Of Repetition and Time

Augustus was staring blankly at the wall across from him. He was so afraid that he wasnt really processing everything. Instead he had began to sing to himself, love me tender by Elvis presley. His hands twitched with every contraction that hit. He had timed them, they were seven minutes appart.

Manuel picked up the song, trying to sing and calm his lover down although his thick accent butchered it. He squeezed the boy's hands tightly, just as nervous as Augustus was.

Augustus moved to bury his face into Manuel's neck, listening closely to the sound of his lovers voice. "You sound nice....". Manuel never failed to bring a smile to Augustus's face. Trever currently had removed the boys pants and busied himself at Augustus's entrance, trying to determine how dialated he was.

"Trever." Luca spoke up worriedly, looking down at Killian with wide eyes. "You should call someone over to help. You can't birth two children at once..." And it was clear, Killian was about the same as Augustus.

Trever stood, taking a deep breath as to compose himself. "Your probably right. I don't even have enough anesthetics for two rounds of child birth." He moved over to Killian, gently pressing on his stomach. "And Killian isn't due for at least another two or three months. This kids going to be a little premature."
"Then ah'm nowt avin' et." Killian crossed his arms over his chest, shaking his head. "Nope, et can stay en thereh fer ahnother few months."
"But it wants out, now." Trever informed, picking up his phone to dial Finn.

Luca clenched his jaw tightly.
What if it died? What if it had problems? He wouldn't know what to do with himself. His face was drawn in worry as he looked down at his lover, squeezing Killian's hand tightly.

Killian shook his head at Luca, ignoring the contractions in favor of forcing his lover to look at him. "Listen ta meh. If ah ave ta, ah'll hold tha little brat insideh meh. Ah wont let et beh hurt love, ya trust meh." He would die for this baby if he had too. He knew Luca would do the same.
Trever rubbed the back of his neck, looking between the two pregnant men in the home.
"Okay so, I only have enough anesthetic for one person right now. Finn says he might get more but just in case imma tell you now, one of you might be sh*t out of luck." The man shook his head, going back to the large bag he brought in search of everything he would need.

"Killian, it can hurt you if you hold it inside of you. It has to come out. I don't want it to but it has to..." Luca sighed, shaking his head.

"Et doesn't." Killian shook his head once more, his sky blue eyes flashing with fire. "Ah wont let mah babeh beh hurt Crocodile. Either of them." He reached down to trace the circular scare that had been left on his torso.

Luca reached out to trace the scar as well.
"And neither will I. I can't let you get hurt just because I'm scared of the baby being premature. I was three months premature and I made it. Our baby can do it too."

"Nowt mah babeh." Killian couldn't lose it, the child was his pride and joy. He had to protect it against all odds. "Crocodile..." It was not because Luca was afraid of it being premature, it was because Killian was afraid. "Ah can't let mah babeh hurt." He crossed his arms over his chest, brooding as Trever moved to press his hands against the plump belly.

"Killian, it has to come out. You can't just stop it." Luca sighed at the man, silently wondering if it was his fault that the child was premature like he had been...

Toni was curled up on the floor in the corner of the room. At hearing his name, he stood, smiling softly at Killian.

"I..." Luca looked up at his father, as if questioning if he would let Finn work on Augustus instead. Killian's baby was premature and would need to be handled carefully. Call him crazy, but Luca did not associate Finn with the word careful.
"Finn can work over here... if it's okay with Augustus.." Manuel glanced down at his lover questioningly. He knew Augustus was scared but he always did anything to make things easier on his son.

"O-Oh....Yeah." Augustus nodded nervously, his eyes darting around the room. Finn scared the hell out of him, so much so that he had been tempted to refuse but his heart wouldn't let him. He always put everyone before himself, even now.
Finn stared at Augustus, his eyes ominous as he reached for one of Trever's blades.
"Alright then, I got Killian." Trever knew it was not the best idea but at least the baby would get out.
