Ignorance is Bliss

And he didnt, he just wanted to pretend it was normal and nothing had happened, that would have been so much easier.

So Cyrus said nothing, just glad they were saying nothing about earlier.
And within moments he was out again, his mouth lolling open as he snored peacefully.

Perry couldnt help but to smile at the boy, and stroke his hair softly.
"Some kid..."

Cyrus purred, curling closer in his sleep, a smile spreading across his lips.

Perry placed a small kiss to the boys forehead, he couldnt help it, but then again part of him wanted to smash the boys face.

Cyrus stirred at this, blinking an eye open and grinning before slipping his eyes shut again, pressing a kiss of his own to Perry's shoulder.

Perry moved, blinking up at the ceiling as he wondered about this kid and why he was still being here after what had happened last night. Was he insane?

No, he was simply naive... And desperate. Desperate for someone to hold him and naive enough to let that someone be the man who'd been ready to rape him just several hours ago.
He wanted to believe that Perry wouldn't hurt him.
It wasn't long before he was up again, this time smiling at the older man.

Perry just stared at him. What a weird kid he was. He wasnt sure what to think about him but then again...He liked that kid.

"Hey..." He sat up, stretching and yawning. "How are you?" He asked lightly.

"Peachy." He mumbled lightly, turning away from the boy.
He didnt like having feelings

Cyrus sighed.
"Want me to go home?" He asked, watching the man.

"Its up to you." And it was, the man had no interest in keeping him here if wanted to leave.

"I'll go..." Cyrus stood up, pressing a kiss to the man's cheek. He didn't want his parents to be worried, he'd been gone for a while now. Almost a whole day. "Thank you for letting me lay with you." He headed for the doorway, pausing before speaking again. "Can I come back sometime?" Yes, he still wanted to be around Perry...

Perry paused but he nodded lightly at the smaller male.
"Anytime kid..."
Maybe he wasnt so bad after all

Cyrus grinned.
"Thank you." He nodded before exiting the home. He knew Perry was a decent man deep down... He made his way home and stepped in the door, trying to tiptoe to his room unnoticed.

Dayton was beside himself, he had called all his friends and family, he was frantic looking for his child.
"CYRUS!" As soon as the boy entered, his father had a hold of him.

"Hi daddy!" He smiled brightly, pretending everything was normal and he hadn't been gone for an entire day. He hugged his father tight.

Dayton cradled the boy to his chest, slowly trying to calm himself.
"Where have you BEEN!" He growled at the boy, he had been so afraid.

"What are you talking about? I wasn't gone that long was I...?" He stalled a bit, trying to come up with an excuse. "I was... at a friend's house..." Not a complete lie...

"You didn't tell me. You were gone a full day and I didn't hrar anything from you!" Dayton was just so protective.

"I'm sorry daddy. I lost track of time..." He kissed his father's cheek. "I'm sorry for worrying you."

Dayton nodded, still refusing to let go of his baby though. Dayton usually wasnt so easily worried but his baby and his lover, they were too precious to lose.

And Cyrus was fine with this, letting his father hold him close, glad that they didn't suspect he'd been hanging around with Perry.

And Dayton did, he held the boy close, but making sure to let everyone know that he had found the boy so they did go looking for him.
